I just read something that there's a correlation between IBS and bloated stomachs. Mine is always huge & I have IBS. I also read that coconut oil helps with this issue and though c.o. helps with chronic fatigue for me, I haven't really seen a reduction in belly fat, yet.

206.1 tonight! Yay me! Will be 205 in the morning and then possibly 204 soon. I really want to be under 200 by Valentines Day when we're going out and I will eat MANY calories at that dinner but it's worth it.

I can't vouch for the paleo thing as I'm not on it, but possibly increasing your protein could be a good thing. I would say to up your abs to daily or 2x per day, I also have the worst abs ever and I find that if I start doing abs daily there are changes, good ones. Popcorn! It's low cal and will fill you up! 2 tbsp of unpopped kernals + some powdered cheese, I usually put some brewere's yeast on it, and voila - you will FILL UP and it will be max 125 cals! :)

I agree that you're eating way too many calories. You need to reduce your calorie intake. One thing that MFP did for me was put me on 1700 cals per day. I did not lose weight on that cal count. I made it 1300 cals per day and I lost weight. I also do a lot of exercise and cardio. BTW, I would suggest adding cardio in on…
