Don't think of this as a "diet" but a way to show that you can eat what you want but within your cal counts. :) One thing that's helped me, low fat cookbooks and popcorn as a snack. GL!

Clothes for fat people look awful. Clothes for fat women are just horrific bags. While some fat women wear nice looking clothes they're tailored for them - ie, Oprah, Kirstie Alley. Clothes are just sh** in larger sizes.

While I agree, I am not sure what the answer is. All sides of the coin have their pluses and minuses. WF costs big bucks, but if you try to shop their 360 brand which is less and use their bulk bins it's less too. Dunno if you live near Target but I got weights up to 8 lbs at like $3 - $5 per weight set. :) EDIT: wow that's an INTENSE weight set! Are you already able to life heavy weights? The ones at Target are great because they're cheap and in colors under 8 lbs.
