Another day on the HARD setting, I think this is day 2!

Hi there, I find that EASA2 does not do a good enough round of abs. I'm using Meghan White's Perfect Abs dvd daily, and that helps more and for triceps, I don't feel that EASA2 works well for that either. After I do my 4x a week EASA2 workouts I do Tricep Kickbacks & Chair Dips for triceps.

I slacked off and I'm like 103 lbs over - however I'm 4 lbs from 99 lbs to go! I can do this maybe this week! I'm back to cal counting!

I'm back to working out with this on the 3 week program on EASY & then I'm using my HRM and doing Yoga with it adding a lot of cal burns with it. I've had a lot of injuries...so it works out best for me. I have to say the EASA2 on HARD really made my buns smaller, my husband noticed that!

I would say trying to stay under or around 1300 cals a day will get you there, or rather get us all there.

It's possible but depends on how many calories a day you eat. 1-2 lbs per week is fantastic. Personally I am finding that eating under 1300 a day moves my scale about .5 lbs a day. You might want to try to set the MFP weight loss thing to 2 lbs a week or 1.5 and see what happens.

I'm not a medical professional but how many cals does MFP say to eat for you for 2 lbs of weight loss a week or 1.5 lbs weekly to work? I changed my scales to the Soehnle digital bathroom scale & it's been great & helpful in my weight loss. I'm losing about .5 a day now with the new scales and they are accurate to .1 lb.
