My EA Sports Active 2 program has abs built into each session but I don't like it as much as doing the separate abs dvd Perfect Abs, which is hard & I like it a lot better.

Well resistance training is fine but she's only got 4 weeks to the wedding! I would say go for it and lower your goal weight down then later come back and work on your resistance training! Good luck!

Nope. If you're the type that lost them like that you're going to continue to lose them. For me I'm really looking forward to being flat chested although I doubt that's going to happen. What has happened is like you I've really reduced them, and wow am I thrilled. They were like down to my waist, now they're not. It helps…

I would suggest buying some really thick mats. I have these by Nefitco - they're 1.1" thick and are just amazing. I bought more after I tried them out and wow, that's all I can say. I use them for running, yoga, abs work. http://www.nefitco.com/interlockingfloormats28mm.html Worth it totally.

Wasn't able to do abs yesterday because my abs were still sore from 2 days ago, I'm going to hopefully do them today. I know it works too because you can see that it sort of starts getting rid of the outer sides to the inner middle, also slims top to the pooch at the bottom
