Cardio. All I can tell you is that your CFS (which I have) may improve by doing cardio. Cardio though is BORING!!!!! I’m doing Just Dance on the Xbox with Kinect. I worked up from 1 barely in December to 2 hours a day, 1+ hour in the am, 1+ hour in the evening. There’s other devices for it, but the Kinect has a camera that…

OP I hate to ask this TMI but are you constipated at all? Because not going means that you’re causing some inside body damage which can lead to bad things. One thing you can do is make sure you have pre- & pro-biotics like kefir, yogurt, filmjolk, & the pre & pro-biotic drinks out there to help you go. For me, the reason…

As a person with constant knee issues & injury issues I found that buying an expensive but not that expensive body massager is literally saving me. I bought this one from Brookstone after I read the reviews from a guy who saved himself from knee surgery by massaging his knee area a couple of times a day. This thing rocks &…

Bloating sounds like a gastroinstestinal issue. Are you able to see a GI dr? It sounds like your gut flora is messed up due to your current “diet” of fasting due to depression followed by eating. Pls check out what medline dictionary says the causes are here: https://medlineplus.gov/ency/article/003123.htm My…

TY, it’s pretty wonderful! :)

I had Plantar Fasciitis for 2 decades & I finally cleared it up with homeopathy - try this remedy RHUS TOX, I was cynical but it helped me & now I’m good!!!

Foodstamps: I’m on the fence about whether we should restrict it or not. OTOH - the occasional softdrink should be fine, it’s the people that have their kids drinking powdered sugar drinks daily, soft drinks with and without caffeine, even fruit juice is apparently bad these days but in moderation it’s not that big of a…

I don’t think DANCE is syncing either.
-
What if you upped your cardio to 2 hours a day?
-
What about JustDance?
-
Sounds like the dreaded Plantar Fasciitis.

First read what the great Jillian says http://www.jillianmichaels.com/fit/lose-weight/break-through-weight-loss-plateau Maybe up your cals? "Oddly, when I ate 1,700 calories daily, the pounds started to come off." http://www.fitnessmagazine.com/weight-loss/success-stories/makeovers/bust-weight-loss-plateau/

This is one of the reasons I'm just doing workouts for about 10 mins at a time. Big workouts = big food for me.

GL......Hope you're doing ok. I am back "restarting" again. I hope to make a group of 4 lbs a month WL soon. It will come. I'm just having way too much stress right now.

I'm not sure what your Dr. has said was an acceptable daily calorie count for you, so, with that, have you spoken to a nutritionist or a dietician about it? "Inactivity in people with or without MS can result in numerous risk factors" - National MS Society. There's this, "Fitness with Katrina" for people with MS…

Genetically, I have thunder thighs and huge hips, and when I was doing High & Tight with Leandro, on the Brazil Butt Lift video the hips and thighs were shrinking, so it definitely works. I was pretty skeptical but it really seems to work.

What if you did abs 3x a day? I'm going to try to do it 2x a day, in the past it made a diff. Still huge but it does make a diff.

Lecithin & nutritional yeast. And I air pop it & spray it with white vinegar & add salt. It is frickin' delicious!

You inspire me!

FWIW my mother is thin and started nagging me about "you're going to get fat" bs even as a child. I was slender as a child. As a teen she would scream at me if I opened the refrigerator after walking home. So when I moved out, I got fat. I mean, her stuff was really abusive to me regarding weight. I am NOT saying you're…

Hi Bay, good to hear what worked for you. I'm just wondering too if you're on a low carb/low fat diet. The new thinking is that fats are GOOD for you.…

Yes, helps keep me in line. If I don't then I don't keep track as well. This works for some, not for others. In fact I weigh in 2x a day. But again, this works for me.

Motivation - you have to want the weight loss more than anything. And the only way to get it is to write everything down in your food diary. Pre-write things down too. Barcode pix of your food with your MFP app. You can do this.
-
You can do this. You just have to work off those choccy bars. And by work off I mean really do this by doing at least an hour of cardio...

Fantastic work!

OP, IDK if this helps you but the CDC says don't eat it, ever. Here's the article: http://healthland.time.com/2011/12/09/cdc-says-no-to-eating-raw-cookie-dough/

FUPA - maybe I'm wrong but isn't the FUPA area really just very very lower abs? (Googling). Ahhh, yes it is. Ok so lower abs workouts will tone and most likely get rid of the FUPA. Hope this helps!
