I have been looking for over a year. I have taken county tests with 300 applicants for 1 position. I have probably sent out over 100 apps and gotrten 3 interviews. I finally contacted an old friend in an industry that I exited by choice 11 years ago and got a job that starts the 21st in a temp position. I have learned to…

I gave up trying to get the crust right. Try a boboli crust. I make open face pizza sandwiches on sour dough rolls that are delicious.

When I was on WW someone created the Wendy Plan (probably wendy) that took your daily point allowance and shook them all up so that they still added up at the end of the week but they were all over the place on a daily level in order to break a plateau.

The further I get in my weight loss journey the further away I get from frozen meals. Despite the convenience, I have found that I can make the same thing and get to eat about twice as much for the same amount of calories. Not to mention the cost.

I had a bad bad bad long weekend too. I am actually shooting for ten pounds this month. I think I have at least 5 in water weight alone so I think I can do it. I have been blowing it for the last month and a half and have no social obligations this month so it's now or never. Start weight Jan 1st 213 Current weight 202 (up…

I am always hungry when I have cereal for breakfast. I think cereal is overrated. If it werent for the fiber I would give up on it. I almost always have some sort of calcium snack mid morning. Usually crackers and cream cheese or with cottage cheese or even just plain cheese. And some sort of fruit for a mid afternoon…

Take the day off! I must say I am impresed with how realisitic your goals are. Much more attainable than some I see posted here.

If I could please recommend weightchart.com as it goes along so well with this site. It is a charting system that has a "milestone" section for recording shorter term goals. I logged there all last year even though I was gaining and it is proven to be invaluable to me so far as being able to look back and see where I was…

I was on WW for years and thogh I lost alot initially I found that I got really tired of counting points. It makes so much more sense to count calories and nutr. info.

My in-laws boil short ribs in water with onion and parsely and at the end they dump in a bottle of bbq sauce and it comes out delicious.

I am also a former WW (and a drunk, too lol) and have found it such a relief to stop counting points and just track calories and nutr. info. I lose about a pound a week and eat some really good stuff. I figure calorie counting will never go out of style, right?

I have recently come to the conclusion that lemon is the seasoning of the gods.

"There is an over the counter product called Align that is a probiotic capsule. Same active ingredients as yougurt, but no calories. And don't feel bad, I'm eating enough fiber to founder a horse and drinking enough water to kill a fish and the, uh, log truck still won't dump...I feel ya! " Thanks for that!!

How did you lose 25 pounds so quickly? We were at about the same start weight and I started a month before you. Any secrets you care to share?

I'm glad someone brought this up. I am never quite "regular" and am looking for ways to help with that. I take fiber supps and eat plenty of fruits and veggies and lots of water but it still doent quite do the trick. I was wondering if anyone has tried activia? I hate yogurt and hate even more to waste the calories on…
