That sounds more like WW to me. Here I use the "meal" feature as a recipe builder. It works out pretty well but it would be nice if they would let you edit and copy the meals you use after you create them.

Maybe you need to accept yourself at a higher, more maintainable weight and try to enjoy the rest of your life. My goal weight is 30 pounds over your start weight and I look pretty darn good at that weight. Perhaps you are expecting too much from yourself and setting yourself up for failure?
