I just downloaded a Zombies, Run! 5K training app, It looks pretty cool but I haven't used it yet, has anyone had any experience with that one? It is supposed to make running more interactive and fun

Try and plan easy to assemble meals for after workouts maybe? Or grab some veggies or fruit to snack on while you are preparing your meal? I usually plan my meals ahead of time and just start looking forward to them, then it is easier to avoid the snacking beforehand :)

I don't really understand why so many people have an issue with people who go to the gym and don't give it their all. Some girls may be there doing low reps or texting or whatever. I myself am too nervous to even go to a gym, So I work extra hard at home. But at these people are there. And really how is that in any way…

I haven't cut anything out. Like a few people said it's all about moderation. I still eat out every so often, last time I went to McDonalds I got a kids meal. same satisfaction, way less calories. I do have to be careful with chips though, I find It hard to stop at a proper portion size.. haha

I've got about 30-35 more lbs to lose. Maybe a bit less depending how I am feeling when I get close. My main issue is I just don't feel hungry enough to eat that much.
