Dilemma!
Ok so I have been doing pretty darn good lately, today is my little brothers birthday and he wants to go to Red Robin for dinner, there is pretty much nothing there within my comfortable meal limits, even salads are over 1200 cals and sodium. They invited me to go, he is only 12 so I don't think he would be too heartbroken…

Is there a trick to getting more advice etc on this site? I have seen so many threads with pages and pages of replies, yet every time I post a question or something I only get a few. Is it because of what I am posting? Is it the time of day? Just bad luck?

Down 10lbs! Any difference?
Wasn't really sure where to put this, But I have officially lost my first 10 lbs. Got 30 or so more to go. I have been feeling pretty good about my loss until I took update photos this afternoon.. I am having a maaajor french fry craving right now. Probably a TOM thing.. Driving me crazy! Normally I would have just budgeted into my calories but it started a little too late. HRM Accuracy?
I'm just curious about other people experience with HRM accuracy. I have read that usually you burn less than online calculators usually tell you. But today my HRM told me I burned about 100 cals more than the online calculator says. Should I be excited or is my HRM possibly off? Any advice would be appretiated :)

HRM not adding up?
I bought a HRM recently. I am not sure if this is normal or not, But I just did a 10 min workout with my 2lb jump rope. Checked my heart rate during a couple marching intervals, and it was at 88% (HI) but it says I only burned 64 cals. Whereas when I check online with calculators it says it should have been over 100 cals…
