I'm just curious about other people experience with HRM accuracy. I have read that usually you burn less than online calculators usually tell you. But today my HRM told me I burned about 100 cals more than the online calculator says. Should I be excited or is my HRM possibly off? Any advice would be appretiated

100 calories is really insignificant in the scheme of things. Keep in mind, outside of a lab everything is an estimate, our BMR, TDEE, how much we eat (no matter how diligently we log), how much we burn, etc. Even HRMs have a degree of error under ideal circumstances.
