Sitting in my office in Boston right now. Can't wait for tonight's game!

It's probably just me, but I totally do not understand your post. I don't know what a cake day or cake run are. That said, you say you are still losing, so I guess it's all good!
-
This is why daily weigh-ins are usually not helpful. Daily ups and downs are totally normal and really meaningless. If your trend-line is moving in the right direction, you are all set. Good luck!

How about 1/2 a bagel?
-
Bowl of chili, cottage cheese and an apple. Loved it..

I would say that foremost, you need to figure out a way of getting to sleep without gum in your mouth. It seems like there is a real danger of choking to death during the night. Good Luck!

"Joined OCT 2013" How many days have you been at this?

Not to be harsh, but you can exercise 12 hours a day, but if you don't know how many calories you are consuming and how many your are burning, you can't be successful at this. You need to determine your daily calorie number and start accurately logging your food intake. All of the exercise is great, but you should probably…

No real suggestions. It's about prioritizing. If exercise is a lower priority then the other things you mentioned, maybe you can't exercise right now. I'd say that in all likelihood, you could find time for at least a brisk walk several times a week. Good luck!

I eat a lot of fruit every day and just don't track sugar. I keep my overall carb intake where it should be. It seems to be working fine for me. Good luck!

Not very accurate, but more so then the exercise database in MFP. For a more reliable idea of your calorie burn, I suggest a heart rate monitor. For reference, an hour on an elliptical for me is about 600 calories and that's a very intense workout. Good luck!

Same. I think mine was about $50 or $60 on Amazon.
-
That's about it...

I have found that my appetite has gotten less over the past few months. The few times that I've gone out to a restaurant and been craving a burger or whatever, I find myself only able to eat 1/2... Maybe it's just me... Good luck!

At a minimum, you should be having some protein with that, chicken breast, etc... Also, think about replacing the rice with quinoa.
-
Great work for 1 month! Keep it up!
-
That sounds very familiar!

Such a low calorie diet is not sustainable. You will lose, obviously, but it will come back when you start eating again. I suggest that you calculate an appropriate daily calorie intake and stick to that. I'd think that you should be netting at least 1800 kcals a day. Good luck!

2 pounds in less then 2 weeks is great. Keep in mind that a lot of the early loss tends to be water, so things can slow down, but you are off to the races! Good luck!

Time frames? How long have you been trying to lose weight? How long since you last lost anything? Your diary is not public, so no one can look at that to give you suggestions. Are you weighing and logging everything?
-
Crazy talk... I log my steak as water. I think there's some in there.
-
I doubt it's olive oil. If you are really concerned about the calories, go with mustard instead.

The pie chart doesn't exist on the web site, just the mobile apps.

Yum

A week? No, that's not a plateau.

There is a difference between toning muscles and losing weight. You can definitely target various parts of the body with resistance exercises. But, if there is a layer of fat in your abdominal area, all the crunches in the world won't really help. Eating at a caloric deficit will and that is what MFP will help you with. If…

Yes!^^^^^^
-
Were those trainers familiar with MFP and did they realize that your calorie goal was already set with a deficit?
-
How much do you weigh? 12 pounds seems very extreme.
