  • Overall giving it up will be better for your health, and will help you live longer. Overtime it will get easier. Try tea in place of it, or something.
  • Peanut butter is very high in calories and a peanut butter and banana sandwich is very easy to fit in as a snack. I've been using it to gain calories quicker. Also, Peanuts contain healthy fats.
