That is about what it feels like for me. At least I have cut out sweet tea. Talk about southern comfort lol. I went by that bodybuilding.com recipe stuff on their beginner workout meal plan is practically that :p On EVERY ONE. Its expensive to eat right to. At least for a 23 year old who is on a limited budget.

Exactly. Unfortunately finding places to play basketball around here that are free or dont cost 60 a month to play is nill. I wish gym memberships had half passes or something just so one could have access to the court.

I did this 3 times a week and ended up spraining my lower back really badly :( Loved the class though as it trimmed me up. Thinking about going at it again once a week or so once I get my lower back back in shape.
