Try eating more protein for snacks (an ounce of nuts or peanut butter) and save your veggies/fruit to eat with your meal. I have been eating 1 oz of Emarld Coca Roast Almonds (159 calories I think) for snack once a day and it seems to fill me up a lot longer than fruit/veggies. HI...I've only been on this site for about a week but I do love it... My advice would be to log everything you eat even if you go over your calories that way if you have a bad week you can go back and look to see where things might have went wrong! Good luck.
