• My strategy is no strategy, it is one day of the year. I will watch calories a bit but otherwise it is just an eating holiday, what can I say!

• For Pete's sake, can't you just be happy that My Fitness Pal is available to us and is free? I am over the moon with this app and am happy that I have lost 45 lbs, despite the little difficulties.

• I hate to be a party pooper but a lot of people just say what they THINK is the right thing. That doesn't make them horrible or stupid. It's when they say truly RUDE things that it really bugs me.
