I am in for this month! I set my mileage goal for 60 miles. This is the first month of my training for the Women's Running Magazine Half Marathon. Boy, do I have a super long way to go. Gulp! Holy smokes!! You lost 122 pounds - that is freaking awesome!! How long did it take you? I feel like I need to lose 98 (but don't tell anyone) LOL. I am just trying to follow a low calories diet. I am shooting for 1200 a day. What did you do? PS. CONGRATS!!!

:heart: Also, if you consider losing ten pounds is like dropping a 10 pound bowling ball off your body it makes a huge impact. Drop thirty pounds like some of you and that's 3 huge heavy bowling balls you left behind. Good share!

angie!! At least you are coming back - once you stop soming here for support, to whine or log in no matter how good or bad your numbers you will have missed your mark. It is a long road but you should focus on the positive - you are doing the right thing!!

I'm not new - but I just started my diet with my boyfriend on Monday. We have both been doign realy well and my ultimate goal is to weigh in on here every day for one year no matter whether it is up or down. I have a goal of 8 pounds per month. I know I can do it with friends help too!
