  • Thank you! That's what I was talking about. I thought I was doing HIIT but no, not really! Some of my intervals were way too long, and I most likely reduced the intensity during the interval well below 90%. And on top of that, I didn't rest long enough afterwards.   • High Intensity Interval Training For example, you run as fast as you can for 20 seconds, and then do an active rest of walking for 10 seconds. Then you repeat. Some HIIT workouts range from 4 minutes to 30 minutes of intervals it just depends on what you're doing and what your goals are.

  • How can you (not op but in general) not know that you are getting bigger?? There are mirrors and scales and even the fit of your clothes will let you know that you are getting bigger. Friends don't have to tell friends if they are big or getting big. They either know or are in denial.
  • If 25 minutes is all you have then go for T25. Month 1 workouts are about 40 min. and month 2 are about an hour long.   • Good for her! A lot of times people focus on changing the exterior without working on the interior. If she is happier at a heavier size, then that's her choice. Health is holistic, and it doesn't matter if someone is an ideal weight if they do not have their mental health in order.
