Hi! I'm 5'7.5. SW was 242, my CW is 230, and my GW is 165. The lowest my weight has ever been was 173, but I blew up like a blowfish when I was pregnant! Ha! I had my baby earlier this year and would love to be that size again.

Turbo Fire! Not only do they have Alee to show low-impact modifications, they also give "New to class" breakdowns of choreography. Some people find routines that are heavily choreography-based to be confusing or too difficult, so I think these features of Turbo Fire help tremendously. The music is so fun and upbeat, and…

Thank you!! I love what your ticker says :)

I'm sure you'll get to where you want to be in no time! You have a beautiful family, and congratulations on your newborn! That is the cutest pacifier I've ever seen!
-
Wow, that's a great way to put it! Thank you so much, and good luck with your fitness goals as well :)
-
Thank you so much!! I want to set a good example for him. Being obese as a child was hard and I definitely don't want him to go through that.

I'll take the shack, please. Would you rather be rich for most of your life, and then dirt poor (living on the streets) for the last 5 years, or be dirt poor and then rich for the last 5 months of your life?

I looove TurboFire!! I also use TF on my "rest" days to break up the monotony of Insanity. It's such an awesome feeling when you find a workout that you love, and that gives you amazing results. Your transformation is incredible!! You've been through so much, and you are such a strong mom for your 3 children. Keep up the…

That's the same reaction I had when I read that post!! That's why context and culture are so important in understanding issues. What may be "normal" in American culture may not be "normal" to other cultures.

Thank you!!! You have been kicking all kinds of butt doing Insanity!! I can't wait to see your future transformation!!
-
Thank you so much! You have made great progress as well. As far as being a hot momma, we will be smokin' hot!! :)

I couldn't agree more!! Very dangerous. Before I had my baby, I lost 70 pounds, and did feel successful. At the same time, I know how weight can creep up, especially if I have the attitude of, "I got this in the bag." Like someone said earlier, there is always room for improvement. They don't call it a lifestyle change for…

I'm so hating on you right now :P That is an awesome laptop! You should be proud! I bidded on eBay for a laptop as well. I paid $200, and it didn't nearly look as good as yours (although at that moment, I desperately needed a computer for grad school, and didn't care about the looks as longed as it worked). I need to get…

TurboJam is fun. I do TurboFire, which is a more intense form of TurboJam. However, TurboFire has a person that demonstrates the low-impact version of each move. The music is amazing,as well as the moves, and Chalene is an awesome instructor! I would definitely look into either option. Good luck!

Those are two great NSVs! Working out early in the morning is not easy at all, and takes great dedication. Congrats!

Great progress! 30DS is a great program. Being strong is so empowering. Good luck with SL :)

Amazing transformation!

I lost 10 pounds, and 15 inches from my bust, waist, hip/booty, arms, and legs. My endurance improved significantly as well. Don't let the scale be your only measure of success! :) My full story is here: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/1089823--so-you-think-you-bad-huh Good luck to those starting or finishing the…

Thank you! It is very hard being a new mom. However, I keep putting it off, I'll continue to be unhappy and out of shape. Time flies so fast that he will be 2 or 3 years old and If I kept making excuses, I would be in the same situation if not worse. You're right, it is hard, but the pay off is so worth it. Thanks also for…

Congrats on your progress thus far! I also had relationship problems, but decided not to post it because that would be two page thread in and of itself!! :P It feels good to start over again, and yes, having a good support system makes a huge difference!

I just posted my progress in the link below. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/1089823--so-you-think-you-bad-huh Tl;dr version: I lost 10 pounds and 15 inches. I saw more progress in month 2 than month 1.

I've lost 18lbs so far since giving birth 2/14/13. I gained 65 pounds during pregnancy, and trying to get down to 165lbs. It is hard, but you can do it!! I just posted my progress in the below link. Feel free to add me! I love giving support and motivation to others :)…

Yup Round 2!! I'm also doing TurboFire. I really do miss being in the gym for the strength training, but at this moment, it's not practical. For now, it's better for me to exercise at home. I plan on investing in some heavy weights that I can use at home, like the adjustable dumbbells, or a barbell with 45lb. plates.

These two and brownies.

Wonderful progress! Your hard work is definitely paying off. Keep up the great work :)

Thank you all for your wonderful comments!! I really appreciate it :) Ha! I just realized that mfp only gives you an hour limit to edit posts so I can't fix the original post. I resized the progress pics so hopefully this will work. Yes!!!!

Ahhh!! It cut off the most important part! I uploaded this via phone, so couldn't resize original progress pics. At least now you can see day 60!!

Bumpity Bump Bump!! I too have this "problem". What a great solution :)
