So far so Good...30DS x2

So a bit of background. I joined on June 17th. I had previous lost about 25lbs on my own and had done the 30 Day squat challenge which btw gave me a great and much needed butt lift. I needed more and saw the results of this so I thought I would give a go. I found a 30DS group here and joined up on FB and we cheer, cajoled and commiserated with each other all the way through. It was a good journey. We all chose to stick around and do our other things and others joined us. I chose to do another round of 30DS until I found my "new" thing.
When I started 30DS my stats were
Chest 41.50
chest2 36.00
waist 33.00
waist2 37.50
Hips 41.00
Thigh 23.00
weight 178
After 2 rounds of 30DS (my 2nd round I told myself I wouldn't stop a level until I could do all the exercises non modified which didn't take long) my stats are now
Chest 38.00 total lost 3.5"
chest2 33.00 total lost 3"
waist 31.00 total lost 2"
waist2 34.50 Total lost 3" (at belly button)
Hips 40.00 Total lost 1"
Thigh 22.50 Total lost .5"
Weight 169.5 Total lost 8.5 (irrelevant to me as I was eating a deficet)
Best thing is I am stronger...I can do my pushups again no problem and lost a total of 13 inches...

I am not done but this is a good start for me and hopefully motivation for anyone who is thinking of doing 30DS as a startup.
Now off to find my barbell....starting SL 5x5 on Monday...stay tuned
