Forgot to mention that. MFP is set at 1,510. This week, since I have Sunday as my last day, I am down an extra 910 calories for the week under the 10,570. So I am averaging 1,380/day post-exercise.

Day 1 done! HRM got me in at 240 cals, but I want to get in shape thru multiple ways including this.

If you thaw the chicken breasts and quarter them when you put them in the crockpot, they should be done in about 2.5 hours. I pop this into the crockpot ALL the time and use 1/3 fat cream cheese. My husband loves this recipe, and its very easy to make. Delish!…
