wow! Congrats on all of your effort and hard work. Maybe T25 is the way for me to go. I have only (well I suppose I should say I CHOOSE to have only) about 40 minutes in the morning for my work outs. T25 sounds great, and I'll definitely read up on it. As far as my goals go, I started on March 18th hoping to lose 50lbs by…

I don't have pics, but I am on Day 80 of Power 90 and have lost 29lbs in those 80 days. Hope to post pics come day 90! I did lose the first 15lbs within the first 30 days of the program. It's coming off a bit slower now, which is to be expected.

I completely agree - Beachbody DVD's are the best. I am on Day 80 of Power 90 and have lost 29lbs in those 80 days. The work outs are about 30-40 minutes, so easy to fit into any routine.

Great job! I'm on day 73, so right behind you! Power 90 is AMAZING (I'm down 26lbs and 23 inches overall so far - I joined MFP later into starting P90 so my ticker isn't accurate) and an excellent way to get yourself off the couch and into shape again. Congrats on your success! You look great!

Power 90 is made from the same person who created P90X. It's part of the Beachbody DVD's (Insanity, Turbo Fire, P90X etc.) It's 30-40 minutes per day for 90 days alternating cardio and strength training. Saleh - good luck with Power 90. If you keep pushing play, it's an amazing program!
