Power 90 Complete - Down 31lbs!!

Hey Everyone -

I finished Power 90 on Saturday and I am so proud to say I have lost 31lbs and nearly 25 inches overall. It truly changed my life. I have 19lbs to go!

The best thing I found during these 3 months is you become your best motivation. You can read everyone else's stories to give you a boost, but watching the scale go down, and taking progress photos to see your own transformation, your body becomes your biggest motivator.

Good luck to everyone on their journey's. You get back what you put in.

    That's awesome! Great job!

    I'm doing Power 90 myself. Four weeks completed as of yesterday and I've lost 18 pounds and I'm down 5 pants sizes. Power 90 is no joke.
