I took me a few months to find a balance on daily calorie intake my main focus when looking at my calories is sodium also since Im trying to get rid of pillI take daily but this has been great over a year of tracking and it has helped me so much and changed the way that I shop for food and cook it now.

after tracking for over 259 days the cravings are still there but I have better control of them now I think before I put anything in my mouth now I am obsessed with reading labels but After 6 months I included a cheat day once a week and that has been helping me along the way

yes it does as I am struggling with breaking away from the pepsi I noticed that when I don't drink it for say like a few weeks my stomach is less bloated if u are needing that fizzy taste in ur mouth oceanspray and starbucks have little drinks in the can to help with that I have bought both so I feel your struggle

log everything u eat exercise at least 3 times week and find a true friend on here that is on daily to keep u motivated

I had this problem not liking the water too much so started adding fresh oranges, pineapples, strawberries sections to water, lemon juice, lime juice, cranberry juice, grapefruit juice just few tbsp to give the water flavor
