Yesterday was the first time ever doing weight training for almost 2hrs. I freaking love it. No more killing myself with boring cardio. I'm going to start doing 30 minutes of cardio and 60 mins weight training.

Stay strong. I know how you feel. I feel the same way when people tell me I'm eating too many carbs. I love eating, I never want to go back to 1200 calories.

I have a question because I'm still not getting it. I work at home online job/ babysitting(once in awhile), but I workout 3-5 times a week for 60-120 mins a day. I'm in. I usually never crave sweets and I'm usually in control. For some reason this week I keep indulging in sweets and going for seconds. Even though I'm under my calories, I still feel guilty. I stopped using splenda and sweet and low in my coffee for a week now. so that's a start.

I used to eat a whole pack of ramen noodle soup, sometimes 2. entire box of Mac and cheese, entire can of salmon, entire box of cereal in about 2 days, large box of chicken lo mien, a carton of chocolate milk, strawberry, banana milk, a box of entenmann's chocolate chip cookies or donuts. I can go on and on..

Thanks :) I eat from 1200- 1400 calories a day. As I lost more weight and became more active I increased my calories by 100. Sometimes I eat when I'm hungry. I try not to obsess over calories.
