  • In the summers I work at my town's town hall, and the woman I work for told me how much healthier, happier and smaller I look! Totally stubbed that I had lost 46lb since I saw her last year! Feeling so much stronger and better these days!!!
  • I paid 8$ for a digital scale at my job.... I don't see myself upgrading to a better one because it is working for me. Mine is Century brand I believe. I tried a manual scale first and it only gave me a headache lol.

  • I love cheese, and as @7lenny7 said, I don't eat as much now that I watch my calories... I probably fit a slice of cheese in daily, when possible, but I always make sure I have room in my deficit... :) Enjoy it, eat as much as can fit into your daily calories!

  • Personally, I would skip it. You my have lost a lot of weight from having a stomach bug and not eating much... You may get discouraged if you gain weight back when you get back to eating normally! And I've never heard of diet doodle diary-no clue what it is, so no comments-sorry!

  • My exercises are on pause until next week when I'll have more time to get to the gym, so honestly not much progress there... Started 217.0 on 5/13 Weigh in today: 207.2 :) met my goal and then some!
