I am 5'2" and at the peak of my fitness went down to 110 and ever since I moved to a new city, I seem to maintain 120-125 with low exercise and not a strict diet. Now, I want to get back to my awesome shape where I needed no spanx for bodycon dresses!! I look fine but I really want to look skinny. also my hips are…

Thank you so much! Yes I did lose the weight and since it took me almost 2 years, I dont have that much loose skin. But my back fat is stubborn and stubborn and stubborn. I am 5'2" and I am not too bothered about the number except that something should happen with my new diet. I have started the following: Pre workout:…

My trainer doesnt think I am. But I need to know how exactly do I calculate that so that I know for sure myself.

This is what I am confused about. I have read so many side effects of artificial protein. My daily protein sources include: 4 egg whites 1 bowl bowl lentils 1 chicken breast. Is that suffice?

The best part about being a woman is that the lack of testosterone will prevent any ugly growth of "bodybuilder" types muscles. With adequate strength training you will have great toned muscles. I am a small woman, around 5 feet and a gym rat, almost 5-6 days for two hours. My routine has a cardio in intervals with…

Yes I agree. And my tiny I mean, short. I want to get toned muscles and I know I need to eat more. I do consistent weight training as well but coming down from being an obese, my mind just doesn't adjust to eating more part and now I get confused about the foods I need to eat. There is always a fight with food in my head…

Hi I am Samaira. I am 5'1.5" and was 264 at my heaviest and now weight 133. My BMI is still on overweight and I am trying to get down to 110-120, the ideal weight for my height. Have been stuck in the 130s for some time now and it gets frustrating. I usually eat around 1200 calories, get 4-5 days of hour long workouts. Any…
