I hate going to the gym! So I created a "gym" of my own at home. I follow http://www.bodyrock.tv/ faithfully and have seen tremendous results. I don't have much equipment because of budget constraints. But I have found that I don't really need it. I improvise and still get great results.

It's quick, very intense and extremely effective. Go to... http://www.bodyrock.tv/ I'm not necessarily loosing tons of weight…

February goals... Complete the BodyRock 30 day challenge. (I start week 2 today) Have "fun" in the kitchen trying new, amazing and healthy recipes. Stop focusing on the number on the scale and instead focus on how fantastic I feel when I take care of myself. Encourage others instead of judging them.

I chug 15-20 ounces of water every morning before anything else goes into my mouth. That along with eating things like homemade yogurt, fruits and veges throughout the day usually keeps me right on track.

Add me too. You can teach me how to translate stones to pounds! This site is a great tool. If you have an iPhone or smartphone download the app. It's the best way I've found to hold myself accountable. It forces me to plan my meals and snacks. I find that I make healthier choices when I plan ahead.

I've stayed right at that count pretty consistently and have lost on average 1 pound per week. If I burn any calories during exercise I will usually consume…
