Tough time loosing the last 10 pounds. Any tips?
This last ten pounds is tough to lose! Does anyone have any advice on what changes I could make to help. I'm eating about 1200 calories per day and doing HIIT five days per week. I do eat my calories back. On my "off days" I usually walk 2 - 4 miles or do an hour of yoga. I think the key is diet but I'm not sure what…
