Tough time loosing the last 10 pounds. Any tips?

This last ten pounds is tough to lose! Does anyone have any advice on what changes I could make to help. I'm eating about 1200 calories per day and doing HIIT five days per week. I do eat my calories back. On my "off days" I usually walk 2 - 4 miles or do an hour of yoga. I think the key is diet but I'm not sure what changes to make. My diet consists of steel cut oats, yogurt, fresh fruit, lean meats, fresh veges and plenty of water. I have found that lately I'm almost always hungry which is unusual for me. Hmmmm?

    How much of a calorie deficit are you at? 1200 is really low. Expect the last 10 to come off much slower, your max calorie deficit should be 250 per day. I've actually manually set mine to about 150 deficit and fully expect these last ten pounds to take five or six months.
