I don't see anything wrong with taking the iron tablets. I once went to a doctor here in Germany complaining about being lighthearted and he prescribed some iron supplements which were 31mg. If a doctor can just give you those without any tests then I think its OK to take the supplements if you feel you are not getting…

Hie, maybe you are eating foods that are so high in refined sugars and carbohydrates. Also if you eat food without fat at all, it is less filling and after a meal you get hungry again- try adding some healthy oils to your dishes. Try to cut on the sugars and refined carbohydrates and instead eat more low starch vegetables…
