What is your favorite way to work out? I personally love going to water aerobics!

    A cardio kickboxing class at my gym called Turbo Kick. I haven't been able to do it for 2.5 months because of a torn ACL, followed by reconstructive surgery :cry:
    I have been enjoying my Body Pump class while I heal!

    swimming! I always feel so fantastic and energized after. I get a similar feeling after long runs, however nothing beats swimming for me. :)
    I also enjoy different kinds of dancing such as belly dancing and zumba.

    Mixture of cardio and weights - my gym workout basically. I love the crosstrainer after weeks of hating it!
  • swimming, biking and cardio with turbofire. Chalene Johnson is so amazing and motivating.

    Zumba, belly dancing, or any other kind of dance inspired/related work outs. If it isn't fun I won't stick to it. I also like going for nature walks too.
