What is your favorite way to work out? I personally love going to water aerobics!

swimming! I always feel so fantastic and energized after. I get a similar feeling after long runs, however nothing beats swimming for me.
I also enjoy different kinds of dancing such as belly dancing and zumba.0 -

Zumba, belly dancing, or any other kind of dance inspired/related work outs. If it isn't fun I won't stick to it. I also like going for nature walks too.0
