It's been 4 weeks since I measured myself last. I want to do it at the end of every month.

It doesn't work. I have seen so many reviews on YouTube by people who do not sell ItWorks and all of them say it doesn't work. You would get the same results by just drinking water. I have 5 actual friends and family members who sell ItWorks. They all recruited each other for the "bonus". What happened is they are now all…

Mine is stress related. Although, I do have triggering foods I avoid too. Some days though it doesn't matter what I eat.

Nope, I do this sometimes. If I am too busy at work to eat lunch I'll eat a large dinner. Sometimes I eat a large lunch and a small dinner. It really depends on my day.
-
If I am craving something, I work it into my day. A few days ago I had 2 twinkies. It wasn't the best thing in the world, but I stayed within my calories and was able to get back on track with nutrition the next day.

Awesome! Thanks!

How do I edit my post to update it? Do I just need to make a new post every week?
-
If that were true then why do people who are actually starving have no fat?
-
I agree with eating back your calories if you need them. If I am hungry I will eat some back. I always under estimate my calories burned though. Good luck!

You got this!

Hello, fellow Hoosier

I recently left a FB group I was in after 3 days. All I kept seeing from the admin was: 1) Coffee speeds your metabolism. 2) You HAVE to eat breakfast or your body will go into starvation mode. (If I eat breakfast I will get sick 100% of the time) 3) If you haven't lost any weight in 2 weeks, go on a 10 day cleanse. After…

My husband has been diagnosed with per-coronary artery disease. He's already had a minor heart attack. It's genetic and the chances of our daughter getting it are also high. He has to lose weight, eat better and exercise, so to help him we are doing it as a family.

I am female and I used to work in construction 8-10 hours a day 5-7 days a week, sometimes more. I ate over 2k calories because I needed it lol. Some women are more active and require more calories.

I've lost 7 and I need another 33 to be at a healthy weight.

Thanks for the advice! I think I will weigh once a week and measure every month. :)

Yeah, but it seems that the bad info gets called out.

What group?

I need to just stick to MFP.

I'm starting to agree :(

I had a small bag of M&M's last night but I was still within my calorie and sugar intake for the day. Moderation is the key, but yes, you can have your treats and still lose weight.
-
I am currently 175 and my GW is 135. That's the weight I was the healthiest at.
-
Ok, thank you! I appreciate the replies. :)
-
I've eaten a 1lb bag of regular MM&S before. Not my proudest moment...

Yay!

I want friends!!!

I've done the Fix. It's a great place to start. The book let's you know what containers to subsitute when you go out to eat. Once you get used to it it gets easier to eyeball your portions. The workouts are fun and quick too. I did them in the winter when I didn't want to go out and walk.

I used to fast from food once a week for religious reasons. It won't hurt you.
