I do it. I like the workouts and the portion control containers. It has really changed the way I look at food. I will say that there are cheat groups on Pinterest if you can't afford the program. ;)

For me what I have found is if I tell myself I cannot have something and then I crave it it will be all I will think about. I will obsess over it! I am 30 years old and I have IBS and I'm prone to colon polyps. So every 5 years I have to have a colonoscopy. I drink warm clear broth when I get hungry. It seems to take the edge off. The first time I couldn't keep the prep down so they had me take laxatives and drink a TON of water. Luckily, it worked.

I am not cutting out junk food 100% but I am trying to eat more fruits and veggies. I have IBS so for me cutting back on junk makes me feel better physically.

I am doing this for me 100%! The discourage ment and the people telling me it won't last just makes me want to try even harder! I am going to find my support on here for sure! I pre-log so I know where I stand. It helps me to not over eat. The only thing I don't pre-log are my workouts and dinner. My husband is overweight too, but doesn't want to change. He also cooks so I eat with him but try to keep my portions small. Pre-logging helps me determine what I can eat at night.
