Thanks Everyone! I guess I will keep doing the roller and hopefully it gets better. I have tried streches before but that didn't work either so I am really hoping this will do the trick.

I have been diagnosed with flat fleet and I have been wearing insoles with arches to correct this but it seems to be getting worse everyday. I have tried the roller but it made it hurt worse so I only did it that once...should I keep doing it or will it just aggrivate it more?

Is your right side different from you left...ie. different size feet, uneven cup sizes? I notice a difference in my right side feet, cup and but are just alittle different (smaller). It might just be the way you are :)

I personally have an old fashion scale that I use in the morning, then I weigh myself at the gym in the afternoon with a digital. I think they are probably both accurate its just personal preference.
-
Somedays mine will be 5lbs difference. I think your scale is probably fine :)

http://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/cbc This site has an estimate of the calories burned by pilates...hope this helps. I do pilates all the time...it is great for the abs :)
-
Try having a small snack and listen to some of your workout music that always makes me feel more alert and ready for the gym :)
-
I would assume the doctors office scale is more accurate. You should find a third scale and see if it gives you the same reading.

I usually just put in the stuff that I can remember eating and estimate alittle. It is ok...even better that you want to put them in your counter :)
-
Great Job...you make it sound so easy :)

This is a girl question...but did you get your period recently...I lose 3-4 lbs right before and it usually stays off if I watch what I eat.
-
Welcome!! You will love this site...it helps so much. Good Luck...you can do it :)

Yes you should definitely be eating your excersise calories back...otherwise your body goes into starvation mode and it will hold on to everything. I started eating my extra calories and have been losing 1lb per week.
-
Wow! Congrats on not gaining the weight lost 7 years ago back. If you follow the recommended calories recommened to you and eat your excersise calories back you should do just fine. Good luck :)

This happens to me all the time. Personally I think it is just the time of the month thing. Just take it easy for a couple days but don't forget to watch what you eat to make up for the calories you aren't burning through excersise. Then go back to the gym and you should feel better...Hope this helps :)

Tomato Soup is always good or there are a lot of other soups that are low in calories. I usually have a can of soup a yogurt and a rice cake :)

Thanks everyone...I can't wait to hit the gym and start fresh tomorrow

I think you should not worry about the number if you want to workout 7 days a week you should do it and accept the extra pound that you could be adding from water weight. I personally workout on weigh in days because I figure it is better than nothing. Hope that helps :)

Hi, I have lost two pounds also but that is because I gained 4 pounds over the holidays :/ Good luck :)
