Am I just losing water

I just started and I have lost about a pound a day 5.4 pounds so far since I started on the 2nd. of Feb.
Is this just water wieght.

    I would say some is. Have you completely changed your eating habits? Are you working out? If so then you also have lost fat :happy:

    that sounds good to me! I started Feb. 2 as well and lost 3.8 lbs! glad to hear it could fat as well!!!!

    This is a girl question...but did you get your period recently...I lose 3-4 lbs right before and it usually stays off if I watch what I eat.

    The first week, it's not uncommon to lose a lot. Yes, most of it is water weight. I lost 3.8 pounds my first week! After that, it alternates between half a pound and two and a half pounds per week.
