i dont think you should do anything if drs have advised rest. maybe swimming. let it heal before trying again

good job!!
-
its not quitting, its a setback. i have to wear a knee brace when i exercise. maybe you can get some kind of support for your injuries?
-
if you tend to make the same smoothie regularly then i would put it in as a recipe. that is what i have done. the only thing that changes in mine is the different frozen fruit, so i made 4 different recipes. you could just log the different ingredients if you want too.

"get their creep on" LMAO yup, single here.

im 5'7" , 170 lbs (goal 135) and at 1200 cals. i eat back most of my exercise calories if not all. i go over my calories sometimes and don't stress about it either. my dr told me that between 1200 - 1500 is a good range for me. i eat a lot of fruit and veggies, fish and chicken. i dont find it hard unless im trying to fit…
-
you can add protein powder too. i entered my favourite ones as recipes so its easy for me to add
-
i drink them all the time. the only sweetness comes from some fruit and a date. mine are mostly greens. what would be wrong with drinking a smoothie??
-
you need to look at a brand of jeans that comes in different cuts. i like the ones from old navy. the sweetheart fit me perfectly where other jeans the same size i cant get over my thighs. they have several different cuts of jeans, you may be able to find the cut that works with your body :)

my calves KILL with the 30 DS to the point where i have to modify at times. i feel the burn in my abs.
-
Good job!!! You should be very pleased with yourself!!
-
That sounds like an awesome plan!!
-
i never use milk. my go to is usually some frozen fruit, some kale or spinach, protein powder, chia and water.
-
on the ones you have, does it calculate calories burned right on it? or do you enter your heart rate into something somewhere
-
thanks. anyone else?
-
it seemed really high. i think im going to get a heart rate monitor. :)
-
are you developing muscle? maybe you just measured a bit off?
-
im going to be right there with you VERY soon. I work for the school division here and we go back on September 5th. im worried about the change too. we will hold virtual hands and get through this!!

Cut yourself a bit of slack. Give yourself a few weeks to get back into the flow of work. Bring in some healthy things to snack in too. You can do it :)
-
that was supposed to say never give up

-
i feel with you! ive lost INCHES off my thighs, which is great, but i want inches off my gut! its frustrating, hang in there :)
-
i dont think i am fit enough for insanity lol
-
how about we combine a few and have oreo cheesecake bars?
-
sodium, BPA, and they arent quite as nutrient rich and frozen or fresh. Still a great choice though compared to no veggies.
-
you can always do the 30 day shred again. god. think of how easy level 1 would feel lol. i KNOW i will repeat it. im going to do one of the other ones for a bit and then do the shred again :) you could *cough* download her videos from a torrent. *ducks and hides from internet police*
