you can still get a great work out from level 1. you will be able to put more effort into it, probably go deeper into the moves, and use heavier weights :) personally, now that i finished the 30 days, i dont want to see if for at least 6 months again! lol. now that I am back to work for the school year doing it daily in…

you look fabulous!!

i weigh myself every morning but i know that it will fluctuate and have come to terms with that. if you have an unhealthy relationship with your scale then maybe shove it in the basement and weigh yourself in another two weeks. drink lots of water and stick with it and you will have success, it takes time :)

i have one. i use it when i walk/jog. i use mapmywalk which gives me the rate im moving at, how many kms ive gone, and calorie burn. i also just use it to listen to music. there is no upper arm heart rate monitor that ive heard of

there is no real rule about how to do a work out video. do whatever works for you and keeps you moving and motivated :)

im almost through the 30 day shred and i started feeling the same way. the first few days were hell and i really couldnt do a lot of it. keep at it and it will start to become easier as you get stronger and more familiar with the moves :)
-
this is what i was thinking as well. i would add more fruit and veggies and input way less calories burned from zumba.

are you eating all your calories for the day? maybe the foods you choose arent as filling? i cant see your food journal so i cant really know whats going on. maybe you need to rethink your intake, if you are exercising a lot and genuinely hungry that is not good. dont starve yourself.
