ive done this work out twice before. its quite a challenge for me and its closer to an hour long. i am throwing it into my regular rotation....i nearly vomited tonight doing it. ho.ly.crap.

i got my HRM
my heart rate monitor arrived yesterday! i got a polar FT4. im going to use it today for my work outs and I am pretty curious to see what my burn is ACTUALLY compared to what i have entered!! goodness, i hope it isnt LOWER!

ok is this ever going to end? im on day 26 and bored to tears. i really dont like level 3 and dont feel im getting as good of a workout because a lot of the moves hurt my knee. i cant wait to be done.

Calories
Do you guys eat back your exercise calories? I don't usually, sometimes I eat back some of them. I can't get my head around the idea of "earning" more calories to eat. How do you guys feel about it? If it makes a difference, I have 35 lbs to lose and have my goal set at 1200, exercising an hour 6 days a week.

Just curious what everyone is having for dnner. I am making some big sausages for the kids but OMG they are almost 400 cal EACH so I am opting for a turkey farmer sausage patty which is 80 Cal. Brown rice and peas/carrots on the side. nothing fancy here.
