  • I'd like to grow about 4 inches (I'm 5'1") and have my grey hair permanently removed! I have been getting grey hair since 18 (I'm 4o now) and I have to color my hair every 4-5 weeks. It grows so fast that I honestly could color it every two if I could afford it! At least I am changing the things that I CAN change!

  • Have you taken your measurements? I have found that when I am very active I lose inches but no pounds. The scale can be your friend and your enemy. If you are losing inches, then your body is responding to all of your hard work! Have you noticed any difference in the way your clothes fit? The clothes do not lie......

  • I'm a shorty, too! I'm 5' 1". SW 152.2, CW 127. My goal was 130 and I'd like to get down to 125, but my body kind of settles in at 130 and every pound after that is slow going.
