What Do You Wear?

I weigh myself at work so I just wear the same outfit on my weigh-in day. I'm not concerned with wearing lighter clothes or weighing naked (which would be interesting at work) to see a number that's 1/2 pound lighter. I only care about seeing the number go down over time.0

I use my scale at home so I get on it in the morning before I shower... so this maybe tmi but I don't wear anything.0

Ditto. I don't care how much my clothes weigh.0 -

Erf. I suppose I should confess too. I weigh-in in whatever I'm wearing. Right now that's my winter pajamas and usually my gym shoes since I'm up and about the house.0

I weigh in at Weight Watchers so I have to wear clothes
I have a Summer outfit and a Winter outfit. At the moment it's skinny jeans and a t-shirt. I wear layers that I can take off before jumping on the scale eg: jacket, boots etc0 -

Nothing! When I weigh, I wake up, go to the bathroom, and then before I eat or change for school, I weigh myself with nothing on.0

not a thing- not even my bra- no jewelry- no nothing. I weigh myself just about daily- but only log it every other week- and usually on a friday. I shower- dry my hair etc and then weigh - same time every day.
I weigh myself every day just as a reminder of why I am doing this. Its totally mental but keeps me on track, and reminds me where I was and where I am going.0 -
My birthday suit0

I weight in before I work out because I have no scale at home. I am usually wearing spandex pants, a t-shirt and socks. Whatever the weight, good or bad, it's a great motivator right before a workout!0

I love all these creative answers for being naked! ha which is how I weigh in as well. I do it in the morning right when I get up. I'm trying not to rely on the number on the scale as much though. I get too discouraged. I'm trying this new thing where I weigh in one week, take measurements the next and alternating the two. That way if the scale doesn't budge, I hopefully see progress in losing inches.0

I make sure I have my birthday suit on before I hop on the scale. Even at the gym.0

I weigh at the Y, so I am wearing my running shorts and tech shirt (which are very lightweight) and also my running shoes, which may add a pound and a half, but since I'm tracking over time.. as long as I'm consistent I can see the loss.0
