10lbs my first month of starting MFP, I've slowed down with my weightloss now but I also changed my goal to loose 0.5 per week as I was starving all the time

Haha no I was comparing them the others they are deleted now, but after looking through fast food chains the original estimate wasn't that far out. I'm a coffee addict managed to cut it down to 3 a day, i used to drink it all day everyday, another work in progress

I've lost 16lbs my clothes are still the same size as when I started but they are fitting a lot better, you also have no control where the weight will come off either, I seem to be slimming more on my top half but my backside and thighs are still pretty much the same as I began, give it time it will happen

Yes you really need a food scale measurements using cups and other things like that can be way out the only real way to know how much your eating is to weigh all your food :-)

I can't stand coffe on its own I've tried, I think it's because I've a huge sweet tooth. Ill always have coffe in the morning ill never really totally give up but I could drink coffe all day long so this is a good replacement for during the day for me

Don't feel bad I had a cheat day that lasted 2 weeks, main thing is you get back on track.
