I'm a huge coffee drinker but because I have two sugars and milk in it, it uses up quite a few calories. I've been trying so many different teas lately, green tea, fruit tea anything that's 1 healthier and 2 doesn't take up so many calories, they either taste like total crap or smell so yummy and taste of nothing. Today I've found a tea that's actually quite nice and I can finally replace my coffee, yay more calories for food :-)
If any of the lovely MFP in the uk wants to try it it's tesco red berries infusion

I'm a huge coffee fan - i drink it black - white - long - short any way really

i have friend who insist they need hte milk and sugar - but we've worked out a couple of times that actually, if they chose another coffee (possibly smoother richer with less bitterness) they don't need the milk or sugar as much

i keep long white coffees for morning weekends and i weight the milk

weekdays i tend to drink "lazy sunday" from twinings, or another stregth 3/5 bean or ground coffee, I find higher strength coffees not as nice for long drinking black brew thought they're ok for mil

at the office i use a one cup caffetiere and at home a hob top expresso pot

don't ditch the coffee altogether because of the milk and sugar - find a coffee that you can drink balck and enjoy :)

No need to fully ditch the coffee! Slowly lower the amount of sugar you use (or switch to sweetener). I used drink my coffee with cream and sugar. I began by switching to 1.5 tsp of sugar instead of 2... then to 1 tsp.. then 0.5.. until stopping it. I then switched to half and half instead of full fat cream.

I can't stand coffe on its own I've tried, I think it's because I've a huge sweet tooth. Ill always have coffe in the morning ill never really totally give up but I could drink coffe all day long so this is a good replacement for during the day for me
