Bench press question?
I've just started stronglifts but just wondered what people do about the bench press, on 5x5 on youtube mehdi arcs his back to do them but my husband was always taught to keep his back flat when doing them. Is there a right or wrong way or is it just personal preference?

I never walk anywhere very lazy I know so today I though I would go for a walk, pushing my 2 year old in her pram. I used my heart rate monitor polar ft4 but the calories burned seem very high I'm 5ft5 171 lbs and 31. It says for 1hr 18 mins I burned 482 calories.
