Daft question maybe?

Ok I've lost 15lbs and I'm kinda liking the way my body is now not skinny but not fat either uk size 14 (I don't suit being a slim 12 or under, I just look odd) ok so here's where I'm a bit stuck now, to start with I was all about the scale now I'm not that bothered I've reached a point where I'm cormforable but here's my problem I'd like to tone up and change the shape (still wobbly in places) and lose a bit more fat so do I change to maintenance and just exercise and not log my exercise calories or do I still eat at a deficit, I hope I've explained myself cause I've just confused myself even writing that lol

To lose more fat you need a deficit. Bodybuilders that go for re-composition have to put weight and muscle on by bulking to strip off the fat by cutting.

I use the Scooby TDEE calculator, and one of their options is "lose fat build muscle." It will keep you at the same weight, but by adding in strength training, you'll be able to cut the fat and tone up your muscle. :)

If you have fat to lose and want to gain muscle stick to what you currently eat for weight loss (maybe add a bit more). Your 'weight' is unlikely to change a great deal as you will be losing fat but builidng muscle - remember muscle is denser than fat.

I currently weigh 125lbs and also want to reduce BF and 'tone'. I eat TDEE - ~15% and lift weights 3 x week. My weight isn't changing but I have lost inches.
