I love these. https://solbites.com/solbites-products The one with honey is my favorite, but it's got 240 cals. The peanut/strawberry jam one is really yummy, too. It's got 210. I haven't actually tried the chocolate/strawberry, but it doesn't appeal to me. That one is 200 cals.

Not me, but a friend of mine had a situation that she described exactly the way you put it. Insomnia due to sadness, reading all night to keep from crying uncontrollably.
