Congrats to all the beautiful people in this challenge! Keep up the good work! I would say that my success is really watching my portion sizes and realizing that being "full to the brim" is not a priority or even a desirable feeling.

It's the best feeling! I am getting back into clothes that I haven't worn for years! It's like a whole new wardrobe!

I love that my hubby is starting to notice the weight loss I hate that I can't afford to buy new clothes. I love that I will look much better for the reunion this year. I hate that I will never in my life eat another French Fry

I feel so much better now that I am off the sugar! It was my weekness and now that I have conquered it, I find that I am not near as hungry as I used to be. I replaced it with high protein foods that tend to stick with you for a while. It took about 3 full weeks to get over it. As a consequence, I also haven't had any fast…
