I am inspired DAILY by the many, many women (and men) who are on this journey with me to become better!

Today was my 45th consecutive day logging onto MyFitnessPal.com! (woo-hoo!)

Here are my progress (so far) pics:

(at LEFT) At my heaviest - 256lbs. this summer (Although I attempted to hide behind my son, there was no hidin' my stomach...well, obviously)

(at RIGHT) Me this past Tuesday! I'm at 221lbs and am D-E-T-E-R-M-I-N-E-D to make it out of the 220's for GOOD! My goal weight: 165-170lbs. then we'll see from there! ;-)

    You look awesome and are well on your way! I still hide behind my kids in pics and look forward to eventually coming out of that phase! I have just started, but stories like your are really inspiring to all of us newbies! Way to go, girl!

    I'm 5'6"
