Protein shakes, eggs, greek yogurt. More protein than carbs. Oatmeal works well too, though the carbs go up. It's different from a donut. Work on fitting your macros during the day. Good tips above. Good luck on your journey.

Yes, I could have just googled it. Doing it this way seemed more personal, allowing others to talk about their national holiday(s), getting not only a partial history lesson, but also getting a sense of how normal people celebrate it. I agree with the others. You need to eat more. Your BMR is about 1475 (amount to eat if you did absolutely nothing), and about 2450 for your TDEE.
