I do some kind of workout everyday (usually walking). I go to sleep between 10 and 10:30 p.m. and wake up between 6 and 6:30 a.m. so I get 8 hours.

I'm 25, looking to lose about 50-60 more pounds (I've already lost 28 since January). I also work a desk job, but I don't go to the gym. For workouts, I mainly walk, jog, bike, or do water aerobics at a rec center.

I'm less concerned with what you're eating and more concered about how much you're eating. The general consensus here is that you need to eat back your calories and you appear to have days where you have 300-700 calories left to eat. I would eat a little more.

I don't know if this is technically "good for you" but I can't stand spaghetti squash.

I weigh and record every Friday morning, but sometimes I get curious about my progress and will also weigh myself (but not record it) on a Tuesday or Wednesday morning.

I'm the same! I always have a protein shake for breakfast, greek yogurt and string cheese for snacks, but I rotate lunch and dinner.

I love their pizza dough, savory thin crackers (the edamame ones have less calories), triple ginger cookies, and wine.

I gave it up last July. I've found it much easier to lose weight since then, arguably because I'm drinking more water and I've read that artificial sweeteners actually make you hungrier (among other negative side effects).
